These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Core Waste Solutions website and the services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our services and website are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

Our Services

Core Waste Solutions provides waste disposal and dumpster rental services, including front-end commercial dumpsters and roll-off dumpsters, in Gadsden, Attalla, and surrounding areas of Alabama. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed directly with you before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change based on size, location, materials, rental period, and other factors. Final pricing is confirmed before service. We are not bound by any price shown in error.

Acceptable Use of Dumpsters

Certain materials may not be placed in our dumpsters, including hazardous, regulated, medical, chemical, or other prohibited waste. We will let you know what is allowed for your job. You are responsible for the contents placed in the container and for following all applicable laws and our guidance.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

You agree to provide safe and clear access for delivery and pickup. Missed access, overweight loads, prohibited materials, or extended rental periods may result in additional charges. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated with your booking.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or per the terms on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees.

Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms)

Program: Core Waste Solutions. When you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Core Waste Solutions related to your request, including quotes, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, account messages, and service updates.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Waste Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Compliance with Industry Standards and Law

Our messaging program is operated in accordance with CTIA messaging guidelines, mobile carrier requirements, and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will comply with all applicable legal requirements governing communications with you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the updated date shown above.
